The Crossroads Group exists to help meet the needs of its clients. We realize that not all Community Health Centers are equal, with differing needs, objectives, and budgetary constraints. Therefore, we have grouped our patient satisfaction measurement and reporting service into one of four basic options:

Continuous Reporting:

This format offers either monthly or bi-monthly reporting. This option is recommended for centers that wish to utilize the Rapid-Response System as a cost-effective improvement tool. This service is provided with 95% +- 10% statistical confidence.

One-Time Reporting:

This option is recommended for those centers which are on a very limited budget, yet need to have a patient satisfaction measure in place for reporting purposes. Within this alternative, centers can elect either 95% +-10% or 95%+-15% statistical confidence. This option provides the lowest cost way to obtain one-time (or annual) professional reporting related to current levels of patient satisfaction.

The reporting format is similar with both options. Specific rates will vary slightly according to the number of clinics and the encounter volume per clinic.
