Scorecard Measures help ensure that there is direct link between organizational strategy and performance. The measures may be used to assess and improve specific initiatives or to integrate and balance competing strategic goals (financial, employee, customer, process, etc.) within the organization. Measures are also used to assess and report on desired investor, Board, regulatory, or funding source outcomes.
