We have the ability to scale so as to survey a large number of patients with pre-determined completed survey sample sizes for each member organization along with providers and sites within these organizations. This ensures that sample sizes are sufficient for comparative benchmarking within the association of health center as well relative to other state and/or national benchmarks.
High Value Added Reporting for Members
Member organizations not only are able to assess how they rank positionally relative to other members, but receive highly actionable reports that can be used internally. These reports include benchmark results relative to national benchmarks, trends, cross-tabulation analysis (UDS attributes), ranking of sites and specialties by-question, and ranking of individual providers.
