The Crossroads Group is a certified survey vendor approved to administer the NCQA Health Plan CAHPS Survey, the CMS Qualified Health Plan (QHP) Enrollee Experience Survey, and the CMS Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MA-PD CAHPS) Survey. These certifications reflect our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable data that supports regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. We are actively expanding our certifications to include additional CAHPS survey programs, further strengthening our ability to serve health plans with comprehensive and trusted patient experience measurement. We can also design and implement CAHPS look-alike surveys for organization which seek to improve CAHPS survey results during periods where the certified CAHPS survey is not underway or integrate CAHPS questions with internally used patient experience measures.

We are currently certified to administer the NCQA Health Plan CAHPS Survey, the CMS MA PDP Survey, and the CMS Qualified Health Plan Survey using mixed mode methodologies which include CATI phone, e-mail, and mail methodologies (note: QR codes, point of care surveys, and text messages are not approved methodologies) and have been trained in this protocols and quality assurance plans.
